*Remember*: Any of these 12 moves can be added into your daily routine for extra work on toning and shaping, OR you can put all these moves together in a circuit, adding a cardio blast between each rotation. Challenge yourself to try something new and different!
Hey everyone! So today’s move is a slight variation to the Hamstring Push and Pull move I posted for Day 4. This move isolates one of your legs and is a bit more challenging since you’re only using one leg to stabilize the ball. Try it out!

It’s day 2 of “12 Days of Amazing Moves!” (Yaaaayyyy!) Today, we work our core. I’ve provided 2 different moves in case some folks don’t own a stability ball. Let’s get into it!
Including today, there are exactly twelve days before we hit Christmas, and I couldn’t be more excited! I’ve put together a “12-day challenge” with amazing moves that are modifications to traditional exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, lunges, squats, curls, etc.) Each day will feature a different move.
Well, as we continue down the road toward “the most wonderful time of the year” most of us are getting geared up for purchasing the gifts we know our loved ones will love. It’s only right that I give in to the festivities and give you all some ideas for the fitness fanatic on your list!
