Starting and building a running group where runners can come and feel supported, learn about running, train for a race, and where ALL ability levels are welcomed has been one of my dreams for a long time and it has finally arrived through this awesome opportunity!

We’ve all seen them. Two-piece “sauna suits” made of nylon or vinyl that promise if you wear them, you’ll lose weight. I’ve even seen folks cut arm holes into plastic garbage bags and wear them to jog or workout in.
I know you’re asking…”What’s so wrong with fast food?” Most fast food is packed and over-processed with calories, preservatives and fat. Your body has to exert a lot more effort to digest and process those types of foods and most of the time, it just turns to fat. Packing it in places where you don’t want it.
