I love planks. They are one of the toughest and most effective exercises for your core and the variations are endless! It also strengthens your shoulders, chest, back and quads. It’s so awesome! I try to do a plank a day in some way, shape or form to keep my core strong and tight. This week, I want to have a plank party! What’s a plank party, you ask? This is another oldie, but a goodie! This is a great variation to the standard crunch by making it slightly more challenging. It also focuses directly on each side of your core. We’re almost half way through this challenge and everyone is doing so great and hanging in there. It’s tough but just remember: if your body isn’t challenged, it won’t change. It’s Day 6 and we’re moving right along! What’s more important is that today is Election Day! I really hope you all got out to vote this morning or are planning to tonight.
