I’ve been scared my whole life. Most of us can relate to missing opportunities, not going to events, not making that phone call, not speaking those words, not taking care of our feelings, or not even feeling at all because we’re held by fear. I don’t know how many times I’ve looked back on things are cringed because I let this horrible handicap of fear take me away from who I am.
One of the most important things to do to build endurance is to go faster, harder or longer each time you exercise.
We’ve all seen them. Two-piece “sauna suits” made of nylon or vinyl that promise if you wear them, you’ll lose weight. I’ve even seen folks cut arm holes into plastic garbage bags and wear them to jog or workout in.
I’m starting a series called “Fit For Free” and this is the first edition. Essentially, I’ll be all around Chicago “gym hoppin” looking for fun, free fitness to try out and share with you! Free fitness? Why not!?
