We’re halfway through this month of moves. If you’ve given up, forgotten or maybe even gotten a little lazy, now’s the time to jump back on the wagon and get moving again. DO NOT let the excuse of the “holidays” get you off track. Keep moving!
Day 13: Plank w/Pockets! This is a cool one! (And fairly less challenging than the other moves I’ve posted).
We’re almost half way through this challenge and everyone is doing so great and hanging in there. It’s tough but just remember: if your body isn’t challenged, it won’t change. Keep going!
It’s a tough one that helps to tone your glutes (booty), hamstrings, and especially your core since it’s a plank move. Let’s try it!
