One of the areas we are most self-conscious about is our mid-section (abs, obliques, etc.) We all want to be able to get into those bathing suits or cute, slinky dresses with nice, tight abs. Use these particular exercises to work your abs, obliques and shoulders.
Plank Twist
1. Begin in push-up position. Make sure your hands are lined up with your shoulders.
2. Bring your left knee toward your right elbow using a twisting motion. Return to starting position and alternate legs. Do 10 reps on each leg for a total of 20.
