No really, anything by Michael Jackson is enough to put your mood in place where negativity, doubt, and fear can’t touch it. That’s the power of music. If you allow it, it can certainly change the atmosphere and bring you into a place of peace. I believe Michael really understood this and used this knowledge to OUR advantage.
“Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough” is titled in a way that gives us fitness fanatics a sort of mantra. Pushing yourself or finding that little bit of motivation could be all you need to do that second set of crunches, or that third set of bicep curls. The beat is fast enough to keep you running or walking and will most definitely make you dance.
Even more, pushing yourself harder, faster and stronger is not just so that you sweat more or try and hurt yourself, its all about challenging your body in a way it’s never been challenged. When this happens, your body is forced to change. Muscles get stronger, fat burns faster, your body will change. Give it time, but don’t stop when you don’t see results right away. The only way your body will change is through consistency and diligence. If there’s one thing that Michael taught us through his life and music, it’s to NEVER stop when things get difficult or rough. Fight and push until something happens.
