Songs full of energy and life and the best ones to workout to. Songs with energy and an awesome motivational message are EVEN BETTER!
Kelly Clarkson has always had an amazing voice to me. I think she’s a phenomenal artist with a knack for making songs that totally rock out. The energy in “Since U Been Gone” fuels a workout like no other. With Kelly’s voice giving the song major drive and a bold message that states how much better off she is now that he’s gone, this song will no doubt motivate you to keep going harder, stronger and faster.
I’d like to dedicate this song to my old way of thinking. I was always self-defeated because of the way my thoughts shaped who I was. I constantly talked down about myself and never felt adequate enough to accomplish great things. Well, guess what? That way of thinking has vanished. And…since it’s been gone, I’ve never felt more free. I’ve come to learn that my thinking has a direct correlation with my self-worth. I don’t own that freedom until my mind embraces it. Kelly Clarkson addresses an issue that’s very much relevant on every level: letting go of what isn’t good for you, or blocking you from major freedom and going to get what you want and very-well deserve. In her case, it was a guy. (Most of us can relate to that as well.) So what is it for you? What’s holding you back? Free yourself.
Thanks for this song Kelly!
This song is awesome for walking, running, or any group exercise class. Rock out, and push harder, faster and get stronger. This is definitely a must-have for your workout playlist!

Be Renewed!

I used to love this K. Clarkson song. It’s one that makes you wanna scream it at the top of your lungs! Might have to go ahead & add it to my workout playlist & try my best to not scream it out!
Ok…great post. And yes, this song is a good one–Kelly Clarkson is a great singer–and she’s easy on the eyes. But…i’m thrown by the video for this song…
why? because it actually displays differently than the empowering statement that you refer to. The relationship may be over…”had your chance” ok…this is all fine, but don’t destroy my place! that’s some psycho actions and makes me feel better about us parting.

I can definitely relate to leeting go of negative thinking. Not entirely sure whether I just wanted to keep everyone’s expectations low and then have them surprised.. Or if it was coming from a place where I didn’t truly believe I was dope.. I’m still trying to figure that out..
I LOVE this song.. it does have that rocker vibe..
My motivation songs..
Sunday Morning- No Doubt..
Slide- Goo Goo Dolls
B.O.B.- Outkast..
I’m sure there’s more.. but seeing as how most of my workout is me dancing around my living room, they’re kinda mellow songs.. Lol..
Thank you for today’s post Renisha..
I’m a Kelly Clarkson fan. That chick can SING her butt off. So yes, I’m a fan of this song.
Love this! It’s definitely time for a new way of thinking. Keep up the great work!
