Strong Core…Strong Body: 10 Minute Core Blaster Workout

Who’s ready to get moving today!? One of the most important things about living an active lifestyle is making sure you’ve got a strong core. Your core is the center of your body and helps support ALL your movement. Bending, squatting, lifting, sitting, standing, running, walking, lunging, twisting… all of it starts with your core. And if it’s not strong, your body isn’t strong and you’re more prone to injury, back problems, hip issues, etc.

So… I created a core blaster workout you can complete 5 days a week for 10 MINUTES! You’ve got 10 minutes, right? I know you do. Pair this with CLEAN nutrition (plenty of veggies, whole grains, no sugar and plenty of water) and you’ll be well on your way to a flatter stomach and a strong and lean core.
