This is another oldie, but a goodie! This is a great variation to the standard crunch by making it slightly more challenging. It also focuses directly on each side of your core. We’re almost half way through this challenge and everyone is doing so great and hanging in there. It’s tough but just remember: if your body isn’t challenged, it won’t change.
