10 Minute Workout #1: Tabata
Materials needed: Timer
Begin with a 1 minute warm up of any cardio you choose. End the workout with another minute of cardio. Complete 2 rounds.
10 Minute Workout #2: Cardio Blast
Materials Needed: None
Do each round two times.
10 Minute Workout #3: Cardio & Strength
