We Run Chicago…in the Nike LunarGlide+3

The anticipation and excitement of the arrival of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon has me on the edge of my seat! As many of you may know, I’ve been training for 20 weeks to run the Chicago Marathon and I can’t wait to hit the pavement. So many things are happening around the Chicago area to celebrate the coming of the marathon and here’s one of them:

This Saturday (October 1st)  I’ll join Nike as they launch the “Chicago Lunarglide+ 3″. Check it out! I’ve always been a big fan of Nike and their amazing products (especially for runners). I’m sure this shoe will be a big hit among those of us hitting the fast, flat streets of Chicago.

That tongue is so dope! I love it!

Yep! A shoe just for our city! Nike asked Chicago artist Tara D to design a Chicago version of the LunarGlide+3 and she did an amazing job! I love the colors and the fact that the tongue says “CHI”. That’s so dope! What’s also really dope is that Nike will give me a pair of LunarGlide+3′s to try out! I can’t wait to tell you all about how awesome they are. (Cuz I know they will be.)

    I totally LOVE this pair. I have 2 pairs of Air Max Nike’s but want to try the LunarGlides.. these are awesome!
