Welcome to the official launch of Renewed Fitness! I’m so excited to finally have a place where I can share with everyone the vision of ultimate health and wellness. This will be a place for “renewing” your life through an inside-out approach to fitness. If you’re looking for tools to change your body and mind, you’ve come to the right place.

Here you’ll find workout videos, unique exercises, nutrition tips and recipes – all to assist you in your fitness journey. Yes, journey. In fact, fitness is a journey that NEVER ends. Most people who are working out or changing their lifestyles are trying to reach a certain goal. And more than likely, when they meet that goal, they don’t just stop.  They keep going. The feeling of hitting the mark and achieving the goal is a feeling that can’t be compared to anything else. So, why stop there? Onwards and upwards.

My approach to fitness is simple, yet powerful: If you renew your mind, you’ll change your life. Accomplishing anything starts in your head with a thought. The rest is action. But it’s the subject of that thought that determines whether or not you will get to your goal. If you think you can’t, you won’t. Renew that thought and change the way you’re thinking about the task at hand. In my experience, my clients have accomplished so much more by changing their thoughts about fitness and health.

So can you lose that 20lbs to fit into that dress? Can you cut out the soda and drink more water? Can you change your risk for diabetes or heart disease? Well renew your mind and change your life. Of course you can, and I’m here to help make this journey one you’ll never forget, or regret.
